Personal data collected through the accreditation application process and related activities may be used by SG Enable and its authorised representatives to:
- administer and assess applications;
- conduct accreditation, verification and evaluation activities;
- communicate with applicants and relevant stakeholders regarding the accreditation process;
- respond to enquiries and provide programme-related support;
- maintain records, analyse programme outcomes and improve the Enabling Mark framework and related initiatives.
Legal basis and safeguards
Personal data will be collected, used, disclosed, stored and retained in accordance with applicable data protection laws and SG Enable's Privacy Policy, with appropriate safeguards implemented to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of such data.
Use of digital and AI-assisted tools
Information submitted as part of the accreditation process may be reviewed and analysed using digital tools, including AI-assisted technologies, to support the assessment of disability-inclusive practices, identify trends, facilitate benchmarking and surface examples of good practices. Where such tools are used, SG Enable will implement appropriate governance and safeguards and will limit the use of personal data to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Research, benchmarking and showcasing good practices
Subject to the necessary consent and applicable legal requirements, information provided through the accreditation process — including organisational practices, testimonials, case studies and success stories — may be used for research, benchmarking, reporting, marketing, promotional, educational and communication purposes, to showcase and advance disability-inclusive practices.

By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have obtained the necessary authorisations and consents from individuals whose personal data is provided as part of the application, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such information for the purposes described above.
